Ride for Hope

On May 5th 2007, in Eleuthera, one hundred cyclists between the ages of four and seventy four, participated in the VMG Racing's Ride for Hope to raise much needed funds for the Cancer Society of The Bahamas. Over 4,000 miles were collectively logged when the event was completed and more than $200,000 was raised. Some of the sponsors for this event included Bahamas Ferries, Million Air Rescue, Pictet Bank and Trust, Holowesko Foundation, Lyford Cay Foundation and Royal Bank of Canada. From pro-cyclists to tiny tots, each participant played a part in the success of Ride for Hope 2007.
